Aluminium top rail
Matched to the colour of the blind, it sticks to the top of your window frame. No screws, no drilling.
- 2
Adhesive strip
Very strong, already fitted on the rail and protected by a film. Peel off the film, press the rail: it’s stuck.
- 3
Honeycomb fabric
Cells that trap air: the light is filtered and the window is better insulated.
- 4
Bottom bar and handle
Engraved stoorz, matched to the fabric. Pull it down, push it up: the blind stays at the height you choose.

Five steps and it’s fitted.
- 1
Measure and choose your size
Follow the measuring guide, then choose a standard size or made to measure.
- 2
Clean the top of the frame
Adhesive loves clean, dry, dust-free surfaces: wipe the top of the frame with a cloth and let it dry well.
3Peel off the film
Peel the protective film off the adhesive strip on the top rail.
4Position and press
Place the rail at the top of your window frame, nice and straight, then press it firmly along its whole length.
5It’s fitted
Pull the handle on the bottom bar and set the height: your blind is ready.
Before fitting
Check that the handle can move freely and the space needed to open your window. Measure the glass with the guide.
On fitting day, clean the top of the frame: adhesive holds better on a clean, dry, dust-free surface.
Bare wood frame, fresh paint or a delicate surface? Write to us before fitting: we’ll check with you.
Fitting without tools
Every Stoorz comes with a very strong adhesive strip, already fitted on its top rail. Peel off the protective film and stick the rail to the top of your window frame, as close to the glass as possible, pressing along its whole length. Each blind adjusts independently of the others. No holes: ideal for renters. Instructions come with every blind.
Care
The exact instructions depend on the fabric and its finish: they are given on the technical sheet and in the instructions.
Follow the instructions that come with your blind: they show the fitting step by step, without tools.
