Refund Policy

"Connected or Refunded" Guarantee

If you are unable to connect at your intended destination despite assistance from our 7/7 support, and the incident is attributable to the service, CYBER LINKS LLC will fully refund the package concerned. Contact support during your trip (not after) so that we can diagnose and rectify — or refund.

Before installation

A package whose QR code has not been installed is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, upon simple request.

After installation

An installed or activated eSIM profile is no longer refundable under the right of withdrawal (digital product executed), except for the application of the "connected or refunded" guarantee above.

Cases not covered

  • Device not eSIM compatible or carrier-locked (check with *#06# before purchase — the test is indicated on each product sheet).
  • Data normally consumed then exhausted.
  • Areas without coverage indicated as such (deserts, high seas, isolated parks).

Refund period

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
